Tammy McDaniel has over 22 years of travel and tourism including general aviation. She specializes in customized group and individual travel. Tammy has been and still is very active in the community. 2009-10 53rd Wing Honorary Commander with the 16th EWS. Representing Tammy's Journeys she is on the Okaloosa County Commission on the Status of Women, 2010 and Current Fort Walton Beach Chamber Green Awareness Task force Chair, Hold duel membership in 2 local American Business Women Association Chapters, 2010 Vice Chair of the Panhandle Area Council, 2008-09 Chair of the Panhandle Area Council.
She has been a past board member of the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, American Red Cross of Northwest Florida, Fort Walton Beach Chamber, Emerald Coast Foundation, 2009-10 President of the Emerald Coast Chapter of the American Business Women's Association, 2006 Emerald Coast Chapter of the American Business Women's Association Woman of the Year, Appointed to the VISIT Florida 2008-09 Industry Relation Committee and 2009-10 Cultural, Heritage, Rural and Nature Committee and August 2009 Cover for the Emerald Ladies Journal magazine. 2006 Peggy Brockman Leadership Okaloosa Award, 2009 The Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber Mert Wagner Volunteer Award, 2006 The Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber President's Award and past travel awards from American Express - Pacesetter Award, Navigant Luxury Vacations - Gem Award & Pin for achieving AAA yearly sales goal.
