About Us:
Laptop Repairs of Northwest Florida is dedicated to
service. We know that although technology is moving at breakneck
speeds, you need to make your computers last as long as possible. We
have found that it is usually more cost effective to maintain a computer
then it is to buy a new one.
Howard Pines, the owner of Laptop Repairs of Northwest Florida was schooled at Northwest State University in Louisiana, Northwest Florida State Collage and the vocational technical school in Okaloosa county.
He has been working on computers in the Fort Walton Beach area since he retired from the Air Force in 1985. He started working at Oscar's Computers in 1986 and after a couple of years became part owner. After Oscar's closed in 2000 he started The Tech Center. We moved from his old location on Eglin Parkway to a new facility in 2008. The new location is at 1010 Gloria Avenue in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This move gives us more capabilities, better response time and to afford you the highest quality work at the lowest possible cost to you. We have added to our capabilities; IT support for small businesses, Remote server management and secure computer backups. We have not forgotten our roots, we still love helping the individual who needs there computer to keep in touch with family and friends.
